Education

I have a Masters of Social Work from Fordham University (1998). My post-graduate training includes several different therapeutic modalities, with a special focus and interest in Gestalt Therapy. I graduated from a four year fellowship to become a Certified Gestalt Therapist (2017). I am also trained in Loving Kindness Meditation (2004).

Additionally, I have extensive training and experience, working with couples and groups. Lastly, I am a Certified Neurofeedback Practitioner with NeurOptimal® (2012).

Reiki 1 & 2 Certified (2021).

I will incorporate everything that I have learned in order to help you achieve your goals.
